HOSPITALIS announces the redesign of the ACE platform and becomes Gustav - Digital Health Coordination Platform.

As part of a major redesign with modern technologies and additions of new features, HOSPITALIS is pleased to announce a new generation of its ACE platform that is now named Gustav – Digital Health Coordination Platform.

Gustav aims to create a positive health experience for every citizen by promoting accessibility, quality, safety and continuity of services through its unique ability to coordinate care and support the right services, to the right people, at the right time.

Best practices in health, clinical relevance and continuous improvement are the pillars of the Gustav platform, from health promotion and clinical prevention to the delivery of general and specialized care and services.

  • Coordination of Clinical Trajectories
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Clinical Practice Guidelines & Decision Support
  • Analytics & Measurement
  • Interoperability

Gustav is a comprehensive interdisciplinary platform that coordinates citizen-centered health care and services across the continuum, including its living environment, through planned clinical trajectories.

Proven in a variety of clinical settings, the Gustav platform is highly adaptable to address a variety of clinical contexts and needs for interventions coordination, clinical record keeping, practice guidelines and measurement. Thus, the Gustav platform offers all the functionalities required for health coordination in the form of integrated modules.

  • Gustav.Coordinates: Dynamic coordination through the planning of clinical trajectories, the management of assignments and the follow-up of the interventions to be performed. (formerly ACE-Multi)
  • Gustav.Documents: Complete clinical record keeping supporting multidisciplinary clinical documentation in the form of structured and standardized digital forms. (formerly ACE-Multi)
  • Gustav.Guides: Standardization of clinical practices through the management and dissemination of practice guidelines and clinical decision support. (formerly ACE-PTM)
  • Gustav.Measures: Analysis, measurement, and observation of performance indicators and continuous improvement through various dashboards and reports. (formerly ACE-Perform)
  • Gustav.Interoperates: Entirely open solutions for bidirectional integration and contextualization with existing systems based on health industry standards (HL7, FHIR, SOA). (formerly ACE-Interop)

The increase and complexity of the clientele, particularly due to the aging of the population and the incidence of chronic diseases, creates a constant pressure on health service providers. In this context, an integrated vision of health services to the population is required. This vision of integration requires information continuity while maintaining a high standard of quality and security of services offered to citizens.

Health service providers, whether they work in living environments, in clinics, in institutions as well as in long-term care homes, need this information continuity. The Gustav platform, with its high capacity for adaptability, offers a range of tools for longitudinal coordination of health services with a continuous improvement approach.
